Kp Carmichael, the founder of K.C Mfg. Co., has operated this business for 30+ years in the Houston area.   As of January 1st, 2018, the company is now called Carmichael Holdings, LLC , doing business as KC Mfg Co, with Kp and his wife Linda as the two managing members.

 

Most of the work we have done relates to the oil industry.  We have a lot of experience with downhole tooling and fluid control equipment.  We machine all types of materials.  BeCu25, all grades of stainless, carbon steels, high strength alloys, tool and die steels, aluminum, brass, plastics of all sorts. In the past few years we have ran a lot of BeCu25, 316ss, 303ss, Nitronic 50, 360 brass, 12L14 mild steel, 4140 steel, 4340 steel,  and 6061 aluminum.

 

Carmichael Holdings, LLC has a written quality control procedure in place which ensures our products are to spec and have full traceability.  We keep each purchase order and all related documents for the job we receive on file for at least 10 years.

 

We can provide references of our customers so that you can check on our track record at request.  Also a tour of our climate controlled shop would be encouraged as well.
